The 31,380 SF Recreational Center for Ward 7 includes a large Gym for athletic events, a flexible Multipurpose Hall, an Activity Room, and an Exercise Room. Entering through the front Lobby, tall ceilings and natural light welcomes visitors to a clean and modern facility. Glass doors and walls open to the Gym and Exercise Room, creating a more inviting space. With a power-operated dividing curtain, the Gym can host simultaneous events, such as basketball games and volleyball, on a full court and a half-court, each with permanent spectator seating. Equipped with wall-mounted TVs, the Exercise room is well lit from large exterior windows and LED lights overhead. The Walking Track consists of 3 jogging lanes with uninterruptible circulation space on one side.

Easily accessible from the side entrance, the Multipurpose Hall allows for different functions, such as parties and receptions. The Hall is equipped with accordion doors to separate the space in half, along with direct access to a Warming Kitchen. Including its own dedicated restrooms, the Multipurpose Hall can be secured separately from the rest of the Recreational Center. The Center also includes administrative offices, storage, and spacious restrooms.
