This project includes the design and construction of a new 90,000 square foot main building with multiple gymnasiums, work-out facilities, handball/racquetball courts, meeting rooms, and an elevated indoor walking/jogging track. The facility also includes an indoor swimming pool building with a 50 meter competition pool and a leisure pool. This facility is fully air-conditioned and heated for year round use. The facility also includes 2 separate children’s water-play areas with three water-tube slides, a zero-entry pool, 2 lazy river flowing stream pools and a vortex. Bathing, lockers and concession facilities are included.
