There are many different types of projects that can be categorized as “Commercial”. Professional offices, automobile dealerships, restaurants, retail stores, shopping centers and tenant build-out spaces are just some of the types of commercial facilities that we have designed. We are especially proud of the renovation and rehabilitation projects that we have been involved in. We have turned an old spa building into a professional medical office complex and a former corporate business headquarters building into a totally renovated City Hall, and more. We were involved in space planning and renovations for a local Class-A high-rise building in Lake Charles. The tenants in this building have ranged from professional office suites to state and federal government agencies.
