The 8,000 SF Covered Pavilion for South Beauregard Recreation includes a basketball court, public restrooms, and a large storage room for equipment, year-round. With pre-finished metal panels and brick masonry at the exterior and CMU block in the interior, the Pavilion allows for relatively low maintenance and a durable and clean environment for the public. The project also includes a new concrete walkway from the existing Community Center to the Pavilion, as well as new paving surrounding the existing playground for picnic tables and benches.
