Leading Healthcare

This project includes the design and construction of a new two-story 7,700 square foot building for Leading Health Care of Louisiana, their first branch facility in Southwest Louisiana. The building includes a mixture of classical materials with modern colors and detailing. The white exterior brick color, along with clean and bold windows, allows the facility to stand out with a unique style.

The building houses office spaces, a training room, kitchen, meeting spaces, and an upstairs private residential suite. The interior wood finishes, millwork, and custom countertops create a modern, welcoming environment.

The project also includes a 2,650 square foot build-out space for future tenant lease.
